Novastar's LEASE/PURCHASE PROGRAM is designed to help the lessee/buyer accumulate substantial "credits" during the lease term that minimize the amount of cash necessary to finance a home. These credits usually range between $5,000 - $14,000 depending on the rent level and sales price of the homes. We offer a unique LEASE/PURCHASE PROGRAM with advantages such as.....
